You are obligated to treat our team members with respect and provide reasonable access to your property for the agreed-upon cleanup work. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate termination of services without refund. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your property and any contents are appropriately disclosed before work begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of our company or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without our prior written permission. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. We will make reasonable efforts to complete any scheduled cleanup work, but termination may prevent completion of partially started projects. Outstanding payment obligations remain due upon termination regardless of whether services were completed. If you wish to cancel services prior to the scheduled date, you must provide notice according to our cancellation policy. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from termination, including incomplete cleanup work or property conditions at the time of service cancellation. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party.
