Martin's journey into construction cleanup wasn't planned. Back in 2010, he was working on renovation crews throughout Prague when he noticed something that frustrated him — the gap between when contractors finished and when residents could actually move back in. Buildings sat dusty and dirty for weeks. It wasn't safe, and it wasn't right.

That observation sparked something. He decided to pursue formal education in environmental management at the Czech Technical University, graduating in 2012. It wasn't just about sweeping floors — it was about understanding how construction dust moves, where it hides, and how to eliminate it safely. He got certified in hazardous waste handling and dust control protocols. Learned what asbestos looks like in pre-1989 buildings. Understood the specific challenges of Pardubice's older apartment blocks versus newer developments.

When he joined finbel s.r.o. in 2018, he brought all of that knowledge. Over the next several years, he developed proprietary dust suppression techniques and waste segregation methods that became the foundation of the company's post-renovation cleanup work. He's overseen cleanup operations for over 800 residential renovations — everything from single-room updates to complete apartment refurbishments.

But here's what drives him: thorough, professional cleanup isn't just about removing debris. It's about restoring apartments safely and protecting residents' health. That's why he regularly contributes to industry safety standards and trains other professionals in his specialized methodologies. He's trained over 50 people in his techniques because he believes the quality of cleanup work matters. A lot.
